Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: Due to a high volume of appointment requests, and out of respect for our staff, Muskoka Aesthetics requires 24 hours notice for any and all cancellations. Without 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling, the client will be responsible to cover the full amount of their scheduled services.

All appointments now require a valid credit card to book. You will not be charged for booking (unless it is for a deposit amount for Facial/Lash Set/Medical/Laser services). The card on file will only be used if an appointment is a no show, or not within our 24 hour cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding and respecting our staff member’s time.
