With over 20 years in the beauty industry, Monica Dureen has built a reputation for combining expertise, innovation and genuine client care. As the Founder of Mon & Co. and owner of Muskoka Aesthetics, her vision has always been to create a destination where beaut, wellness, and confidence come together under one roof.
Throughout her career, Monica has educated hairstylists across Canada, worked with leading professional brands, and continually invested in advanced training to stay at the forefront of the industry. Her passion lies in delivering personalized experiences, embracing the latest technologies, and helping every client feel like the best version of themselves.
Today, Monica continues to lead her team with intention creating a modern, elevated space where luxury meets results and every client feels welcomed, cared for, and confident.

With a natural eye for beauty and detail, Taylor has found her passion as a Brow Expert. She takes pride in creating personalized brow experiences that enhance each guest’s natural features while helping them feel confident and cared for.
Taylor is often the first warm welcome guests receive when they walk through the spa doors. She is dedicated to creating a friendly, relaxing, and positive experience from the moment guests arrive until they leave. With a strong dedication to the field of esthetics, Jalen is committed to making clients feel confident and beautiful. Megan Raymond
Megan Raymond was born in a small town outside of Muskoka. After perusing numerous diplomas, including her esthetician diploma, she went on to accomplish her post graduate in medical skin care therapy, where she graduated with honours. She holds an international board certificate in Beauty Therapy and has a hankering passion for making every client feel like their beautiful selves. She has over 5 years of experience in the industry.Megan specializes in facials, microneedling, chemical peels and laser treatments.Her earnestness about skin care and proper skin health are near and dear to her heart and believes that creating individual skin care routines for certain concerns is the first step in helping her clients. You will find Megan furthering her education and skills any chance she can to ensure she is providing the most devotion and optimum results for her clients.Outside of skincare, you will find Megan on Georgian Bay, travelling, and spending time with friends and family.

Kasia Konarski
Kasia was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, where she called home for thirty years. It’s also where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) from the University of Manitoba and fell in love with the profession. She has worked as a Registered Nurse (RN) for over a decade. Time flies when you’re having fun!
Kasia moved to Barrie, Ontario with her family three years ago and that’s when she discovered the world of cosmetic injectables and aesthetic nursing. One of the reasons she chose to become a nurse was to help people and make a difference while also making someone’s day a little brighter. Aesthetic nursing has been a truly rewarding experience. Observing another person’s joy as they look and feel younger, refreshed, and rejuvenated is a genuinely wonderful experience. Kasia looks forward to meeting you!

McKenna Smalley
Throughout her undergraduate degree, McKenna completed a Fashion Communications and Luxury Brand Management internship in Madrid. Later, she interned at a communications agency, gaining experience in brand strategy, design, and social media. Post-graduation, McKenna worked full-time in marketing at a non-profit and then transitioned to freelance marketing and social media roles before joining a social media marketing agency. Through these roles, she gained a deep understanding of all things social media, branding, and design.
